Bodybuilding supplements-There is a place for them in every bodybuilder's routine. Using the right supplement will give you the upper hand in fat loss and muscle building efforts. I say right supplement because there are literally more on the market that do not work than those that do.
Products that contain the latest and greatest ingredients arent worth their weight either. They usually contain such trace amounts of the key ingedient that any effect is questionable.

I have purchased many of these products from the top 10 list. However, to make superior and balanced gains you must focus on your training routine not your supplement plan.
If you are training properly and want to include some valuable supplements to the list, i think you would be well off using a good protein source (Whey, soy, egg protein, or a combination), meal replacement, creatine, glutamine, and a high quality multi-vitamin.
